One of the many steps taken for the drivers on our platform, for which we stand out, is Uncle Delivery doesn’t charge a penalty or levy any charges on them for cancellations. There is no cap on the number of orders you can accept in a day and the number of orders you may want to decline as per your convenience and availability. Freedom, that’s what you deserve and that’s what you get, at Uncle!
P.S.: Our users and their orders are taken care of in time by matching other available drivers with the delivery needs on the app. We have a dedicated order management team to make sure all orders are matched with the drivers and users get help in every stage of their delivery order.
